Roasted Halibut with Golden Pepper Pesto & Piccolo Pomodoro Tomatoes

When you need to get dinner on the table but don’t want to compromise flavor or healthy eating, this is the dish to cook. It only takes about 15 minutes start to finish and the flavor tastes like you’ve been cooking in the kitchen all day.

 

SHOPPING LIST: ⁠

4 - 6 to 8 oz fillets of halibut
1- 6 oz. jar Bella Cucina Golden Pepper Pesto
1 - 6 oz. jar Bella Cucina Piccolo Pomodoro Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Bella Cucina Wild Oregano & Sage salt

     

    ⁠PREPARATION: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Place the pesto and tomatoes in an ovenproof pan. Heat on stovetop over medium heat just until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat. Gently place the fillets of halibut over the sauce. Season the fish with the salt. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is opague and done. The sauce will be bubbly and rich. That’s it! Now eat and enjoy. Serve with an Arugula & Parmesan Salad.
