Roasted Broccolini with Preserved Lemons

We can't think of more delicious way to get your greens. The Preserved Lemons add a brightness to the dish. So easy, you'll love adding this recipe to your regular weekly side dish rotation. 


1 bunch of broccolini or rapini
2 teaspoons Bella Cucina Citrus & Fennel Savory Salt

PREPARATION: ⁠Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spread the broccolini out evenly. Sprinkle with the salt and drizzle with the olive oil. Roast in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until broccolini is fork tender. Remove from oven, toss with the lemon, and serve warm or at room temperature. 
For added lemon flavor, serve with a side of Preserved Lemon aioli. 
Whisk egg yolk until smooth and then slowly stream in Bella Cucina Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, whisking until thickened. Alternatively, you may substitute mayonnaise for the oil and egg. Stir in the minced garlic and Bella Cucina Preserved Lemon. Season with salt.
