Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Arugula Pesto Panini

SHOPPING LIST:

1 baguette or Italian ciabatta ⁠
1/4 cup Mayonnaise⁠
2 Tablespoons BELLA CUCINA Arugula Pesto⁠
8 slices @laquercia Prosciutto ⁠
6 oz. fresh milk mozzarella, sliced ⁠
Handful of fresh arugula ⁠

PREPARATION: ⁠

Cut the bread into crosswise into two pieces, then again into fours, so you have four sandwiches, cut into half. ⁠

Mix the mayonnaise and arugula pesto until well-blended. Spoon the arugula mayo on the top and bottom insides of each slice of bread. Layer the bottom slice of bread with mozzarella, then prosciutto, then arugula. Top with the bread. ⁠
