SHOPPING LIST:
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 bottle Italian Prosecco Sparkling Wine or Figlia Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo for a non-alcoholic option
4 teaspoons rose syrup or rose flower water
Fresh mint
PREPARATION:
In a champagne flute or glass, add 1 teaspoon rose elixir or rose flower water and 1 Tablespoon pomegranate seeds. For an alcoholic version, pour in about 8 oz. chilled Prosecco. For a non-alcoholic option, substitute with Figlia Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
