Pasta with Porcini & Parmesan Cream

SHOPPING LIST: 

2 Tablespoons Bella Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

16 oz mixed mushrooms, sliced 
1 tsp Bella Cucina Porcini & Parsley Savory Salt 

1 pound Bella Cucina Bucatini Pasta, cooked

1 6oz jar Bella Cucina Porcini & Parmesan Pesto

2 cups heavy cream

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Bella Cucina White Truffle Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Cook pasta according to the directions on the package, drain, and set aside. 

In a large saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute until browned, 3-4 minutes. Season with Bella Cucina Porcini & Parsley Savory Salt.

Add heavy cream to the pan and cook over medium heat until reduced by half. Remove from heat and stir in Bella Cucina Porcini & Parmesan Pesto

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and continue to cook for a few additional minutes until the cream adheres to the noodles. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and, for an extra indulgence, Bella Cucina White Truffle Salt
