Golden Milk Latte

Calming Golden Milk Latte This is one of our favorite breakfast, after dinner and before bed time teas. It's the kind of drink you sip slowly, savoring the smell and taste of the ingredients. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon for added spice.

SHOPPING LIST: ⁠

2 cups milk  (we love almond milk)
2 teaspoons Anima Mundi Golden Milk
Sugar to taste, if using unsweetened milk 

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender before cooking, or whisk them together. In a small saucepan, bring the blended mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add sweetener, if using. Using a strainer, divide the milk into two cups.
