2 slices Bella Cucina Piccolo Preserved Lemon, finely chopped
2 cans De Soi Golden Hour (8 fl oz each)
Bella Cucina Rosemary & Lavender Savory Salt for the rim
2 fresh lemon wedges, plus 2 lemon slices for garnish

PREPARATION:
Run a fresh lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then press into the Rosemary & Lavender Savory Salt to coat. Set aside.
Add the chopped preserved lemon and ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour both cans of De Soi Golden Hour over the top. Shake well. Strain into the prepared glasses and garnish each with a fresh lemon slice. Serve immediately.
