We love this easy to assemble flatbread, perfect as an appetizer or as the main event! The combination of walnuts with the sweetness of the fruit and tang of the gorgonzola can't be beat.
- 4 naan flatbreads
- 1 6oz jar Bella Cucina Walnut Sage Pesto
- handful of arugula
- 2 apples or pears, thinly sliced
- 4 slices havarti cheese
- 1 block gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread each flatbread with Bella Cucina Walnut Sage Pesto to cover. Top with some arugula, sliced apples or pears, followed by the harvarti cheese and a sprinkle of gorgonzola. Transfer to the oven and bake until cheese is bubbly and browned. Slice & serve with additional arugula, a drizzle of Bella Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, & sea salt!
