Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes with Meyer Lemon Cream Syrup

How we begin our day often determines how the day will go.  Whether you're enjoying a leisurely Sunday Slowdown brunch or making someone you love breakfast in breakfast in bed, start your day with something good to eat, like Bella's Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes and Waffles.
SHOPPING LIST:
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 
1 egg
3/4 cup milk  
1 -1/4 cups Bella's Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix  
2 Tablespoons Bella Cucina Meyer Lemon Spread 
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1 cup Fresh blueberries 
PREPARATION: 
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, egg, and milk until well blended. Add the pancake mix and stir until smooth.  
Heat non-stick griddle or pan over medium heat. Measure out about 1/4 cup batter and pour onto griddle. Cook until browned, then flip and cook on the other side. Let the first pancake be your test, and chef's first bite. 
Warm the syrup and whisk in the lemon cream.  Pour over pancakes and top with fresh blueberries. 
Makes 4-6 full size pancakes
