If you like Oysters Rockefeller, you’re going to love this recipe. It has all the flavor with half the ingredients and so much less time to make.
SHOPPIING LIST:
1 cup Bella Cucina Spinach Artichoke Bruschetta Topping
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon Panko Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Bella Cucina Peperoncini & Pimenton Salt
1 dozen fresh oysters, shucked and oyster left on shell
1 lemon, for garnish
PREPARATION: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Top each oyster with 1 Tablespoon of the spinach artichoke spread. In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs . Top the oysters with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven until topping is brown and bubbly. Top with a squeeze of lemon.
Serve immediately, preferably with Prosecco.
