
Baked Oysters Bella with Spinach Artichoke
If you like Oysters Rockefeller, you’re going to love this recipe. It has all the flavor with half the ingredients and so much less time to make.
SHOPPIING LIST:
1 cup Bella Cucina Spinach Artichoke Bruschetta Spread
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon Panko Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Bella Cucina Peperoncini & Pimenton Salt
1 dozen fresh oysters, shucked and oyster left on shell
1 lemon, for garnish
PREPARATION: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Top each oyster with 1 Tablespoon of the spinach artichoke spread. In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs . Top the oysters with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven until topping is brown and bubbly. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Serve immediately, preferably with Prosecco.
