1 sheet Puff Pastry, unbaked
1 small brie or camembert wedge/wheel
1/3 cup Bella Cucina Cranberry Conserve
1 egg yolk
French yeast baguette, cut into slices
Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick. Place cheese in middle of pastry. Top cheese with Cranberry Conserve and fold ends of dough to middle of cheese. Twist ends to look like a package. Brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 400 degrees for 14-20 minutes on middle rack of oven. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with French baguette or crackers.
