4 Tablespoons Bella Cucina Walnut & Sage Pesto
1 apple, thinly sliced on a mandolin
4 oz shredded fontina cheese
1 Tablespoon Bella Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION:
Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tablespoon of Bella Cucina Walnut & Sage Pesto, top with shredded cheese to cover, and sliced apples.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add Bella Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add two sandwiches to skillet and cook on each side until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Slice and serve with a drizzle of Bella Cucina Italian Chestnut Honey.
