The soul's code is slow. It requires both spaciousness and the contraction of quiet among the noise. It's not looking for attention, applause, or ways to fit in. It finds its own way, and yet is still very much conscious of the whole .
The soul carries the complexity of both shadow and light. It honors the imperfection and finds beauty in the truth of who we are, as we are.
Introspection is its ally. Feeling deeply is an intensity that is profound, yet soft spoken, not loud. The soul seeks rest and restoration. Reflection requires stillness. The soul speaks through silence.
