Sunday Suppers

{Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.}

– Leonardo DaVinci

Sunday, whether the end or the beginning of your week, is a perfect day for recollection and rest, to shake off the previous week and prepare for the new that awaits. It’s a time to settle in to a slower pace, to savor and enjoy.

Sunday Suppers embody this philosophy. Sundays (or, truly, whatever your chosen day of rest) are not for rushing to get food to the table, or hurrying through hellos and goodbyes. Savor your Sunday, gather your loved ones and enjoy a simple but fulfilling meal together.

Each Sunday, we’ll share an inspirational meal or menu idea. Perhaps raise a toast with a cocktail or two, and always sharing a prayer of warmth & peace, too.

May you be at peace,
May your heart remain open.
May you awaken to the light of your own true nature.
May you be healed,
May you be a source of healing for all beings.

– Tibetan Buddhist Prayer
