Mediterranean Lemon Aromatic Oil

This aromatic oil originates from the countryside in the heart of Abruzzo, Italy. In this region, citrus and olives are grown together on hillsides sloping toward the Adriatic Sea. Estate grown olives and fresh citrus are pressed by a master oil maker using a stone press. Sun-ripened lemons give this oil its distinct flavor. Drizzle lightly over salads or vegetable soup for additional layer of flavor.
